You can install the Macquarie Authenticator app on more than one Apple iOS and Android device.
You’ll need to link your Macquarie ID on each device, and you'll need to verify through the Macquarie Authenticator app set up on any devices that you’ve already registered.
For your security, we register all mobile devices that you have installed the Macquarie Authenticator app on.
You may want to deactivate a device when you upgrade your mobile device or if your device has been stolen or lost.
Deactivating the Macquarie Authenticator app from a device will stop notifications from being sent to that device. You won’t be able to verify actions from this device anymore. You can always set up the Macquarie Authenticator app again on your device if you want access back.
You can deactivate any mobile devices that has the Macquarie Authenticator app installed either through Macquarie Business Online or via the Macquarie Authenticator app on the device you want to deactivate.
If you’ve lost your device(s) and can’t deactivate the Macquarie Authenticator, please call us on 1800 620 673 (+61 2 8550 5603 if calling from overseas).
If you have a new device and your old device is still available to you, please follow the steps above to deactivate the old device using the Macquarie Authenticator app. Once your old device is deactivated, you’ll easily be able to register the Macquarie Authenticator app on your new device.
