The Portfolio Review Report will help you produce an online overview of your client’s account activity over the period – telling the story of where they started, where they are now and what happened in-between.

  1. Log in to Adviser Online
  2. Select Reporting and Portfolio Review Report
  3. Search for the account name/number. You can also generate the report for multiple accounts by selecting View accounts and clicking the X
  4. Click Apply accounts
  5. The report default date range is the last 12 months from when the report is run. Select Apply next to the date range search to update the report based on your selected timeframe using the From and To date fields.

Please note, where time-weighted performance has been selected, the date range will be automatically adjusted to the end of the month.

The report will generate below and will include a portfolio summary, allocation, income projection and portfolio detail.

You can use the Preferences button in the top right to select the performance calculation methodology and the report sections you want to display. The default performance calculation preference is ‘money weighted’. These preferences don’t affect other report run time options and once selected, remain in place until changed. These preferences are saved at a Macquarie Access Code level.

Once all details have been chosen, select Apply. You can print this report or save as a PDF using the button in the top right corner.
